    Included & excluded

    Vacation rental is included:

    • Linen and towels
    • Normal water usage (1m3 water per person per week)
    • Normal electricity usage (20KWh per day). 0.50€ per kWh if exceeding
    • Pool cleaning
    • Staying longer than 7 nights? minor cleaning is provided

    Excluded:

    • Tourist tax 7% per booking
    • Cleaning € 199
    • Security Deposit € 250 (paid back after your stay)
    • On request we offer intermediate cleaning when staying 7 nights or less; € 60

    Cancellation policy

    • 48hours after payment: full  amount paid back if you reconsider
    • If cancelled 10 days before your arrival, 50% of the amount will be paid back
